The guy here is rude and seems like he hates his job. Not like any of the other Starbucks I go to! So sad to have bad service inside the grocery store where I spend a lot of my time shopping around and spending money. I will not be buying coffee here anymore, I rather go to the REAL Starbucks on Ocotillo and Gilbert Rd.

Girl behind the counter is not friendly at all. You are in a service industry and need to be inviting! The counters are also disgusting. Take it from QT, CLEAN!

I have not had a single bad experience here. The workers are friendly and for being super busy, they get drinks out in a timely manner. Starbucks is always busy and I appreciate them doing their best. Karen's can complain all they want but this location is 10/10.

Busy and chaotic. Lobby was messy and there was a general energy of stress and disorder. The employees were very polite, but a bit overwhelmed.

I stopped going to the self-standing Starbucks in the neighborhood because of the poor service. The employees here, in the Fry's store Starbucks are always super friendly, very quick service and my go-to. Since the satellite location is soo small, sometimes they run out of sandwiches, which is not their fault. I have had consistent great experiences at this location.

They were very busy at this location & the workers showed their frustration. I was very patient while waiting longer then normal. They didn’t clearly call drinks out when they were ready. Other customers had to look at cups to read the label of the drinks. My drink was then made a size smaller then what I wanted but wasn’t bothered by it and continued to be patient. Instead of them remaking my drink they had transferred it to the correct size and watered it down. Very disappointed. Didn’t bother asking to remake because of the amount of time already spent.
