This location is realllly slow & dull. Even when they ask you to wait up front, after they take your order, you wait for about 15. Starbucks is pricey when most of the items, on the menu, are repetitive. At least at Dutch it’s slightly cheaper with more drink choices.
It absolutely makes my morning to see Emily or Robert in the Drive-thru, connecting and chatting with them is why I drive to this location! I pass three other Sbucks to come here. Their boss should be proud!
Love coming to this Starbucks for the past two years, however I did edit my review because I absolutely hate dealing with the barista Cali lately at the drive thru, she is always so rude and give the worst vibes. Multiple times she hasn’t even spoken to me at the window, honestly such horrible customer service that I just HAD to edit this and speak up, everyone else here is great that I’ve dealt with.
