Making a sandwich isn't rocket science, and when you have a slip in front of you with the directions for the order, then all you have to do is read and follow instructions. There were two people making my two sandwiches, and nobody else was in the store so it's not like they were busy. Both of the subs were supposed to have 1/2 extra meet, and I had to remind both of them, and the girl making my steak and cheese said she did already put the extra on which had to be a lie, because the last two inches of the sub didn't have a spec of meat, and the rest didn't have that much. Then she put the wrong cheese on it, and didn't bother to toast it as requested either. Who wants a cold steak and cheese? Then the girl making the second sandwich heated up the bacon for my sub, but never put it on. Since I planned to save the second sandwich I requested all of the sauces on the side. So when she got to the sauces I said again to put the sauces on the side, and I only mentioned two of the three I requested, I forgot that I asked for light mustard, and she grabbed the mustard and covered it. I started to tell her to make it over, because that was extra mustard, and I didn't want it on the sub. The ticket said all sauces on the side for that sub. I don't usually go to this location, but I was already near there at another store, so I gave them a try. That's the last time. Subway isn't what it used to be! With my 2 for $12.99 coupon it was still over $21 with the half extra meat, and it said it was over $35 without the coupon, which is INSANE for two subs from Subway non the less.

My mom and I wanted a nice sandwich from this subway location today. The bread was burnt and in the area where they make the sandwiches was not cleaned and there was no one in the shop at the time I went in .,I should’ve turned around and not got a sandwic there. I still when head and bought it not knowing that the bread was burnt The young man was more in a hurry to get back to the back room instead of cleaning up the area and making it presentable for others, who would like to come in and have a good sandwich. I will not ever eat at this location again.

Subway is a very big chain but I really appreciated the personal service and attention from Asst. Manager Cody at this location. All the food looked very fresh and my new "The Monster" sub confirmed it. It was delicious made just right by sub artist Cody and enough for a few meals.Service was really fast.Top 10 Subway in Arizona.

The boy working there was apparently the only one there tonight and had a terrible attitude about it. The negative vibe made ordering food feel like it was such an inconvenience to this guy. Hey dude, be happy happy you have a job! Leave the negativity in the break room. Customers shouldn't hear about your frustration with having a job.

The sign on the door said that the store closed at 9pm. When I arrived at 8pm to pick up my online order, the employee, who was listening to sexually-explicit lyrics on a personal speaker, told me that the dine-in hours had just closed. I was also wary that the employee left the chips and drink out of the meal I ordered. When I got home, I was stunned to find my sandwich (if you could call it that) individually wrapped at least five times (each wrapper I peeled off led to another wrapper), plus an outer layer of Subway wrappers that brought the total to at least 15. Were I that employee, I would not have wanted my customer to open the bag in front of me, either. See the photos. You can't make this stuff up. UPDATE: Below is the response from August 12, 2022; this, unfortunately, is the typical "thanks for letting us know" non-response this store gives whenever customers bring concerns of any magnitude to their attention.
