Subway is a very big chain but I really appreciated the personal service and attention from Asst. Manager Cody at this location. All the food looked very fresh and my new "The Monster" sub confirmed it. It was delicious made just right by sub artist Cody and enough for a few meals.Service was really fast.Top 10 Subway in Arizona.
As much as I didn't want to give them a low rating... I felt I had too since it's happened more than twice now...First and foremost, customer service has been pleasant to deal with when I pick up my mobile order. However, my mobile order itself hasn't. There's been many times where my order has been messed up even though they have all the information needed to complete the order as instructed. I don't ask for much customization so it's frustrating.
