During a lunch rush, the line was to the door when we walked in. We ordered online beforehand - not a long wait as a crew of 2 handled online orders and lobby sandwiches is a period of 5 to 6 minutes per footlong. Excellent team, delicious food with accuracy. Get these 2 an extra pair of hands by hiring another employee from 11AM to 3pm!!

I ordered online for pick up, and pressed less bell peppers because there is no option to select none. When i pocked up my order and looked at my sandwich it had bell peppers. I am ETREMELY allergic! I went back and they would not remake me my untouched sandwich and the guy with a greasy black middle part for a hairstyle was very rude. I dont think im coming back amy time soon.

When you look at the images of the sandwiches and how thick they are and then you look at what we get when we ordered our footlong, almost zero meat. Paid $22 for a footlong and 1 drink. Total rip off, this location needs to step up and make this right.

According to the Commercials they show, with various celebrities, they said Subway is now "Carving all Lunch Meat, fresh when you order your sandwich".That's a lie !! I went in this past Thursday, ordered a BMT 6" Sandwich. The gentleman working behind the counter did NOT slice any of the meat to be used on my sandwich. He pulled the already sliced lunch meat from the stack of lunch meat, in the various slots at the prep station. This is the same Old process Subway has used since they first opened. This is false advertisement, I was very disappointed, and I walked out. I went to "Jersey Mike's", they actually slice the meat when you place your order.Jersey Mike's sandwiches are far more superior & fresh, quality meats, fresh vegetables and toppings.Subway needs to stop lying to us, they do not slice the meat for your sandwich when you order it. The slicer was on the counter, tucked away in the corner. The Commercials we see on TV, the Subway on Gilbert Rd. & Ocotillo, they do not slice your meat fresh, and then make your sandwich.Subway should be ASHAMED, the Commercials shown on TV, do not reflect what takes place inside of this Subway location.FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !!!!!Go to Jersey Mike's for a fresh tasty, delicious sandwich.

They have zero interest in making sandwiches properly according to the menu specs let alone anything you request. Pay extra for things and not only don't get them, they leave out other standard ingredients you already pay for initially. Always screwed up orders and don't try to talk to anyone there and get any sort of intelligent reply, they will laugh and shrug you off. Steer clear of this location

Ok we get ALL our sub sandwiches from Subway. Tried bigger fancier shops but perfer subway ?. I know it is fresh because I watched them make it. ? And I get it the way I want. For example I ask the maker to put the mayo on the bread BEFORE anything else. That's how I do it at home. I LIKE that I can ask for more of some things and skip others altogether. For my little guys they will cut a foot long in 3.We usually get a meal deal. ? and eat in the shop. One drink can be easily shared. The newest sandwiches are great ? taste wonderful but are more expensive. We have been trying them out. One thing for sure, subway puts lots of meat in their subs. Save and USE the coupons and sign up for points.

I have been there twice now. Once and 6 and once at Noon, and they didn't have any meatballs. How hard is it to have meatballs at noon? I asked them why they had none and they said they hadn't cooked any yet.
