The manager Vincent is telling the customers they are wrong I ordered a cantina bowl at the kiosk and it messed my order completely I called to let him know and offered no help and said I input it wrong which is not factual. Then he started arguing with me. To be honest worst customer service I’ve had in awhile.

They are telling customers that if they get the wrong item ordered at drive thru speaker they don’t have to correct it. Not just one but two drive thru workers told me I was stuck with the order. I had to ask for a manager which was silly. My first job many years ago was in fast food and was taken back at these kids acting in this manner. I think the management/owners are to blame for this type of nonsense. Get a grip you will losing customers by treating people like that and also by skimming on ingredients to save a buck.

I can’t believe they are charging so much for these dipping burritos. They are the smallest things I’ve ever ordered and almost the same prices as a whole luxe box. What a rip off. Put a quarter up to it so you can get an idea

Walked inside to dine in. 1 person ahead of us. After he paid counter server left.... we waited... and waited.... someone yells something from the back.... we waited... now 2 more customers behind us... at least 3 people in kitchen area making food, including the person that was at the counter... guy yells "use the kiosk!".... huh? OK, look at kiosk.... walk out.... will never return.

I’ve tried giving this Taco Bell location multiple chances, but it’s consistently awful. The service is terrible, and the customer experience is even worse. They are ALWAYS short-staffed, and it’s painfully obvious that most of the employees hate their jobs. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, but bringing that negative attitude to work and taking it out on paying customers is unacceptable.
The staff constantly complain under their breath, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Orders take forever, and when you finally get your food, it’s often wrong or sloppily put together. Management clearly needs to step in and address these issues because this location is a complete mess.
Until something changes, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and do the same.

Gave us the wrong order , Meat in veggie food item. Rude employee at registor, don't know how to work in this business.
Got there 20 mins before closing no one in line and after I paid 20$ for 9 tacos it took the dude a minimum of 5mins to get my food and when I tried the first bite right after leaving the drive through I realized it was all cold so cold the cheese didn't even begin to melt and basically nothing on it.

This Taco Bell location is always super clean, and service is always above average to great. The food is good but they are very cheap with ingredients. The cheese quesedillia I ordered was more like 2 skinny slabs of cardboard with hardly any cheese at all. I've had much better at other Taco Bells. However their nachos are always good and the cleanlines inside is outstanding!

Parking: Because it's in the same lot as Frys, there is plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.
