Nice and clean hotel, with wide rooms well equipped. The location is a bit far from Chandler downtown but is in a quiet area and convenient for Phoenix airport and for Chandler city. Good value for money in general.
Amelia was great front desk host! i called prior to my check in and told her i wont be present for my original check in and that my flight was looking full (stand by life) and if it was possible to cancel my reservation from 2 nights to 1. she assisted me with no headache and i ended up making my flight and still was able to keep my original reservation. i got in around after midnight and was greeted by a different front desk host who was also friendly and professional. It's a basic hotel, with basic amenities. They offer food, dinner and breakfast for a price. Hot tub is out of order. Construction going on in the lobby. It's better than a motel six that's for sure however many of other options in the area.
