The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Chandler

Great service (Johnathan), steaks were excellent, bread was over the top good! We have not been to the Keg in a number of years because of poor service. So glad to see that has significantly improved. The Keg is now on our dinner restaurant rotation!

The food is always excellent and the service always 5-star. We have never been disappointed at this Chandler location.

We enjoyed delicious, well-prepared food on Easter Sunday! Our waiter was courteous and prompt, and checked on us frequently.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Service was not up to par, my steak came out and I was not brought or offered a steak knife, so I cut it with my butter knife. It was completely over cooked. They did cook me another one. The manger brought it out and asked me to cut into it to see if it was cooked correctly this time. I told him I would, but I didn't have a steak knife, so he got me one. There was no apology for the steak or the lack of a steak knife. We were not even offered dessert or a dessert menu to look at! We have been to this Keg many times, dozens probably, but we haven't decided if we will go back of not.

Booth and Table was very uncomfortable for 5 people. It isn't really suited for 4 people either. Maybe 3 is ideal for that table.

Excellent service by Lucas. Filets were cooked to perfection. Our go to birthday place for many years.

This was a birthday meal, so one was free, certainly can't complain about that. We both ordered steaks, my wife the filet and the NY strip steak for me. We both ordered med rare, but they came out well done. They very nicely replaced both with the correct temp. steaks.

We had a reservation, and our table was ready as soon as we walked in. The waitress was amazing, and overall service was great. Food tasted great. Had no complaints there. I would definitely go back and recommend.

The food wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t anything special, especially for the price. It was about like a steak house version of PF Changs, just much more expensive. It was mediocre and not a memorable experience.

We joined our friends for Christmas Eve dinner & we had a great time!
Although my blue cheese steak was cooked a little more than what I ordered, it, along with the rest of the food, was really good.
Despite being very busy, our server stayed on top of our table & was able to get our items to us in a timely manner.
We highly recommend this restaurant & may have to make it a Christmas tradition!

Christmas Eve dinner for two. Server did not know the menu and had to look at them at our table to know what my wife was ordering to drink. Her smoked mezcal guava was bitter and my bourbon sour too sour, and having paid for a double bourbon I expected to taste the bourbon. Bacon-wrapped scallops were the smallest scallops I've ever had (coin-sized like those tiny mozzarella balls) and overwhelmed by worse bacon than I buy at the grocery store. I ordered a filet cooked medium and it came out nearly blue. Her lobster was overcooked and tasted like rubber, cheap fish for $51. We've had better garlic potatoes out of a box. It took 10 minutes for our server to grace us with his presence to send back my steak. He did not bus the table once until we asked for the check and took 20 minutes to refill waters. Unacceptable at their price point. The manager finally brought out my steak more cooked and offered two free desserts, but we didn't even want to stay, so they offered two limited-time gift cards for $25 each (expiring in a month), which can only be applied with two entrees, instead of comping anything off the bill, which is simply rude and uncaring. Both the manager and server promised to return for quality checks and never did, not did our server check once on anytime else. We will never eat here again.
