TRŪ Bowl Superfood Bar

This was hit or miss for us, I got the sunset bowl and it was absolutely awful. The bowls are a little pricey, so I’m glad I got a small because 95% of it went in the trash. The second bowl we got was an island bowl and that was actually really good. I guess maybe stick with what you know here, not some place you want to branch out much - can’t say “anything you get will be great.” That sunset bowl was surprising, individually all the ingredients are amazing, but collectively they taste (and smell) like stomach bile.

Has great area of items and the taste of everything is very fresh. The price is a little high, but you get your values worth. The seating is not too big but you can order form uber eats or DoorDash. They also have shakes and drinks you can order. The staff is very nice and welcoming to the store, lastly there is a reward program as well so the more you order here then more you get back. Probably the most inconsistent smoothie place I’ve ever been to :( I kinda feel dumb for recommending this place to friends it’s gone really downhill. I hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately the last 4-5 times my sister and I have came in our smoothies have just been really bad. Today when we ordered the island dream the blonde guy working said he didn’t know what that was & then blended two smoothies for 10 minutes that ended up having enough product leftover to fill 4 more cups maybe. I think he forgot the blue spirulina because he tried to add it on top at the end and it clumped up and just sat on top never mixing in lol. I’ve wasted a good $100 on smoothies here in the last month out of convenience from it being close to me & the fact they used to be good, not anymore :(

LOVED my bowl - very customizable with so many options, love that they don’t use refined sweeteners and just low glycemic options. The maple cold oats are divine. Cant wait to come back!
