Great place to stop in for a reasonable and filling lunch. Due to being small, it can be a little slow during lunch hour. It is recommended that you order ahead online. The atmosphere is simple with limited seating, but very reasonable and tasty bahn mi sandwiches. The Thai iced tea is also very good!

Their chicken banh mi is yummy and filling without making you feel heavy afterwards. The woman working the counter was also attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

The store schedule is 8:30 AM to 7 PM every day including Saturday and Sunday . I came all the way from Gilbert to get the Vietnamese coffee. The open sign was on and blinking but they were closed. Even online schedule. It says 7 PM they will close after me five more people came and same thing for them very inconvenience. I just love the coffee that’s worth the drive all the way these, but the food is so nasty and i tried all they have . They all have very weird and nasty taste and some they’re very tasteless. Only worth of drive for the Vietnamese coffee, but they need to be more accurate about their schedule. Also staff take the order and disappear for while and the order is sitting in the kitchen without any attention. I reminded them so many times that my order has is ready and literally see it sitting there. Need to improve the productiveness of the staff and accurate business hours.

Worth the wait. Very busy spot with great lunch and coffee options. The banh mi was why we came and it did not disappoint!

We bought two chicken and two special banh mi. The bread is excellent, but the meat is cut so thin, little pate, and there is little meat so that we mainly taste the bread. The 3 drinks are ok, but impossible to drink out of the straw because the paste is too thick. Use with the spoon is fine.

We from Tucson and try to find a snack place. I have been looking for a Banh Mi spot for few years. I didn't expect much during my visit but they blew my mind with flavor and ambiance. The store is cleaned, staff welcomed us with smiles, and food is delicious. Can't wait to visit them again!

We love everything about this small unique family-owned store! Their baguettes, especially the vegetarian B9, taste of fresh vegetables and baked flour! Their Vietnamese coffee, one of the best in town, spreads its addictive aroma and slowly teases our taste-buds. Yearning for more? Oolong sea-salt tea, special combo yogurt, fried banana, fried taro, pandan waffle, just to name a few, consistently satisfy our endless appetite! Above all, thank you owners and staff for making your nutriments with care!

Best Banh Mi place in the Valley - hands down! We always order the B3 - grilled pork bánh mì and a Vietnamese coffee. So GOOD! And their Che are awesome too. My favorite is the #17!

What a cute little Vietnamese cafe! The sandwiches were very fresh and well-portioned. You have to try their fried bananas because they are just amazing! We also ordered some Vietnamese ice coffee, which was refreshing and delicious on a hot AZ day. Budget friendly without compromising the taste. You won’t regret it!

Just a no frills Bahn mi & drink joint. Fast & tasty! All the drinks look really refreshing. The pork belly Bahn mi is one of my favorites.

Really enjoyed my sandwich here! The food was tasty, the Thai tea was decent - not the best I've ever had but good.

Sorry, but the banh mi sandwiches we had last visit were of a pretty uniquely poor quality. Too little pate/meat on any of the bread. I felt like I was eating bread, just bread. There were hardly any vegetables/condiments on the sandwich itself, and the amount of salt poured onto the sandwich was insanely over the top. There's another choice just across the street - I'd head there if I were you. Sorry Urbanh Cafe - maybe I just didn't order the right thing.
