I’ve had pandan waffles in CA, but I’ve never had it as good as this one. Perfectly toasty on the outside, chewy goodness on the inside with plenty of pandan flavor in every bite. I bought another one to go.

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. Banh mi was fresh and delightful. It reminded me of my childhood from the food to the desserts. I would go back here in a heart beat. Don’t forget to order the coffee mocha!

I come here for Vietnamese iced coffee almost every day, and today I decided to try the banh mi. I was recommended the crispy chicken banh mi, and it was flavorful — the bread was excellent and the veggies were fresh.
