These five stars are for Rick, Not all hero's wear capes. Bought 48$ worth of stuff the guy i was with, his card wasn't working we paid 10$ in cash while he quick paid me Rick Offered to pay the remaining! As i reach for my card he persists to offer to pay for it while counting his cash he says "sometimes i know we get in these situations." Making us feel comforted. First off customer svc doesn't open till 7am, online just list store is 24hrs so that could be uploaded or at least listed. The last few times I've come on lunch about 1215 or so there is more than 10ppl in line at customer svc and 1 person , I always feel so bad for that 1 person. I come regularly because it's close to my work, most of the employees are unhappy especially the older ones, very unhelpful as well. Forgot my credit card today. So I had to use walmart pay. The computer messed everything up so the customer service had to enter everything in the computer manually. Thank you Monique. Great customer service!
