Don't shop there if you plan on using your chase debit card. And this has been on going. The staff knows and still yet nothing is down about it. I shopped around for an hour and stood there for 10 min with them trying to get the card to go through and finally I walked out. How can a company like Walmart say they do not take chase cards? Unreal .......

Racist man in the electronics Dept. Racial profiling. This store needs some major work. And people need to be retrained and in trouble for this kind of CS I experienced my first personal racial profiling today. Guy at Walmart electronic Dept Rob had a hard time touching my items to ring me out. He was leaning against the back wall like six feet from the Counter. He wouldn't hand me my receipt he made me reach over the counter to take it off the paper register machine and never offered me a bag for my stuff I bought. And told me I was done.But sure didn't have any of these issues with the three people before me . Listen I am not Chinese and I have never been to China. I Am a half Korean/Japanese girl. Who was raised most of my life in the USA my parents are white and so are my siblings. . Just because My eyes are almond shaped and I have black hair doesn't mean you can treat me bad. I work in the medical field. So if anyone should be scared about catching the virus from someone or should be from that man who didn't have his mask on right . I will never go back to this store and I am going to take this to the Corp office to see something is done about it. Treat people with Respect. I did complain to the store mgr James because I was pissed. He said he was going to talk to Rob's boss but she was on lunch at the time. He took my name and number in case they had questions about this . Let's see if I truly get a call back.

This Walmart has two Isles open during the Holidays.. If there was a Thumbs down they would get that too. Attitude to the Nines Omg!!!! Com-on people think if you open more isles they will come. in

Terrible on line delivery service. I expected my order between 12-1 which was scheduled 24 hours in advance. I kept checking my order status an the status never changed, the on line tracker indicated my order was still being shopped. I use the customer service chat and was told there were delays but they could not tell me what time the order would be received and suggested I call the local store. I called the local store on Arizona Ave 3 different times, I was transferred and hung up on each time. My groceries were finally delivered at 2:45 PM. Some items were missing and others like my chips were crushed to pieces. Terrible customer service!

Of course they are know for bad reviews. It's not surprising since management at most of the locations doesn't do anything to try to fix the problems. I had an order that I placed online that was ready for pick up. They have a designated area for you to park to pick up your item and for them to bring it out to you. I called the phone number multiple times and no one answers. So I decide to go inside to pick up the order. They have towers for you to pick up your order. You just basically scan the bar code in your email confirmation and the information regarding your order should appear. Mine didn't work and there was an employee standing there on his phone. I asked him for help and the first time he just ignored me. The 2nd time, he said he doesn't work in this department. Well then point me in the right direction. So I went to the customer service department and there was an employee that asked if I needed help, and I told him the situation so he said he'll call someone over. 10 minutes later someone finally came over, scanned my bar code and went to get my order. While I was waiting in the pick up order area still, multiple employees made eye contact but no one ever once asked if I needed help or have been helped. The employee probably came back about 20 minutes later with my order. This whole trip, just to pick up an order, probably took about 40 minutes. But then again, even though Walmart is known for good prices, they have the worst customer service.

Look. It's Walmart. The name alone should have your expectations already set lower than anything else on the planet. You're not coming here for a chic environment, fresh food, or to see anyone properly clothed. You're likely here because a) it's the only thing open or b) you're really trying to stretch a dollar (no judgment at all, I'm here to grab what I need and go late at night). What you absolutely should NOT be doing is using self-checkout. You're not only paying for your items but YOU ARE WORKING FOR FREE. Unless you enjoy going back to being a toddler in kindergarten playing "grocery store" with your sisters, go to a checkout stand with a living person. Support people and jobs rather than worrying about helping Walmart line their pockets.

Had problems with the last delivery, notified them and received an apology and promise of refund. I'm okay with that! Next day, received refund to my credit card!

Never answers their phones and can't get ahold of management ever! Always a run down saying oh they are on break when they barely started!!! Had my stud stripped from here and trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone is ridiculous!

Arturo, The "customer service manager" was very unhelpful. I came in looking for help getting a copy of a receipt. I had the date, the time, the amount , and the card it was purchased on. I told him it was processed at self check out but because I couldn't tell him exactly which one he said that he couldn't help me because it would take time and he had "things to do" I have things to do to but when I have a customer needing help in front of me I take my time and get them taken care of. If this is how your "Customer service manager" takes care of your customers, how do you expect any of your employees to know better?

Forgot my credit card today. So I had to use walmart pay. The computer messed everything up so the customer service had to enter everything in the computer manually. Thank you Monique. Great customer service!

These five stars are for Rick, Not all hero's wear capes. Bought 48$ worth of stuff the guy i was with, his card wasn't working we paid 10$ in cash while he quick paid me Rick Offered to pay the remaining! As i reach for my card he persists to offer to pay for it while counting his cash he says "sometimes i know we get in these situations." Making us feel comforted. I slide in my card astonished at how kind this man is. This is a blessing we still have people like this! Impeccable customer service. Too Walmart, Rick as an individual deserves the best!

My brother and I went to get a quick bite to eat at the McDonalds here. When we brought the food home he found a long hair in his spicy chicken sandwich definitely won't be coming back! That's disgusting! And the people were rude as well. I work in the food industry so at least have a smile on your face and be polite to customers.

Today I went to Walmart with my mom and little brother and while we were checking out my little brother decided to look at a toy that's on the side of the checkout and one of the cashiers who is a black lady was very rude to him and she kept warning him and he was just looking at it and she thought he was gonna steal it. I don't come here often cause it's always crowded and full of RUDE people.
