Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt

Closed 10min early again? The employee may have shut down 20min earlier as all chairs and machines cleaned up when we drove up. Now we learned no cups is why they closed. Please fix this situation at this location. Thank you

Went here with sone friends to get a snack and was disappointed about the service. Usually a self-serve place doesn’t require a hands-on employee but when we walked in there was no employee to be found and we wanted some sample cups that were not stocked. After a few minutes the young man came out from the back and gave us the sample cups and then left again. But other than that the experience was fine. Good flavors, a good variety of toppings and the store was clean.

The frozen yogurt was delicious lots of topping options and flavors absolutely yummy!

Went here for the first time on a date night because we were in the area. Walked in and the two female employees were working. No greeting. Asked about the yogurt, because we were new to some of the flavors. Didn’t offer for us to try any just one word answers. Not many dairy free options. Over priced and would’ve gotten better options at another franchise that would’ve been worth the money. Won’t be back.

My family and I tried this place last night. It was so excellent, I got a cup with vanilla and rising rojo rush mixed, dark chocolate raspberries, and a sprinkle of coconut toppings. Yummy!

Great yogurt place, they need to bring back the arizona cactus flavor. It was really unique and tasty but it wasnt there last time I went

Some of the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had! My kids absolutely loved it, and the toppings selection was next-level compared to any other frozen yogurt place we’ve been to. Everything was fresh, fun, and there was something for everyone. What really stood out though was the gentleman working today—he was so energetic and welcoming, it made our whole visit even better. Great experience all around, we’ll definitely be back!

Gummy frogs had bites out them in the container. GROSS!!! 🤢 Refused my cash payment saying they don't accept bills over $20. When I asked about price on wall being less than price I was charged the two young cashiers gave two different answers. They also ask for a tip when you pay. Its self serve frozen yogurt????...They should've just honored what is displayed. Do better ZOYO.

I’ve been to this Zoyo multiple times. It’s not amazing, but it’s never been bad either — just good yogurt. One thing I’ll never understand is why they ask for a tip when I/we have to do everything ourselves: pick up the cup, serve the yogurt, and add the toppings. That said, it doesn’t affect the quality. I’ll keep coming back.

Seems like every time I go in there another machine is down, or they stopped another of my favorite toppings (fruity pebbles), or totally discontinued a favorite flavor( the tarts). The lackluster attitudes of some of the employees is kinda rude.

Very disappointed! Half of their machines were off and the flavor selection was very bland. Was hoping for more flavors!!!

Fantastic yogurt, great location, but I have to agree with other reviewers in that the female cashier is quite rude and doesn't know the business specials or just doesn't care. A fun promo like Pajama Wednesdays is easily ruined during the check out interaction. Seems like a fun place for young adults to work, it's surprising how unappreciative the young female cashier is.

The best place to g9 for a frozen treat!

My husband took kids to the Gilbert and Ocotillo store for Wednesday Pajama Night and bought two yogurts tonight. However, the staff said that his manager required him to only give a discount on one yogurt. We’ve been coming for Wednesday Pajama Night discounts before and have never encountered this situation. I’d like to know if this is a new policy, and if so, why it wasn’t reflected in the ad. If not, is this the personal action of the staff or his manager?
