The best place to g9 for a frozen treat!
My husband took kids to the Gilbert and Ocotillo store for Wednesday Pajama Night and bought two yogurts tonight. However, the staff said that his manager required him to only give a discount on one yogurt. We’ve been coming for Wednesday Pajama Night discounts before and have never encountered this situation. I’d like to know if this is a new policy, and if so, why it wasn’t reflected in the ad. If not, is this the personal action of the staff or his manager?

Great frozen yogurt flavors and topping options! Zoyo is my favorite. Especially the Totally Tart (maybe boring but delicious!). And now they’ve started selling pre-made pints you can buy. The staff is always nice and the place is clean enough. Great option for a sweet treat!

Busy but customer service is quick and easy, like 9 bucks but its bomb so its worth it. Dirty table outside but it looked like only one person was running it. Just as good as menchies though.
Always so tasty
Found a hair in my yogurt. Went to tell the employees and they didn't say much other than oh ok sorry.. I'll go tell the other worker. Then she came back and said did you still want it or should I trash it...??? I said would you eat it if it had hair in it. Then she just trashed it and they didn't try to offer a new one or anything. Horrible

Awesome frozen yogurt! Really clean and friendly staff! Perfect for a quick treat in the arizona heat! Coming from Alabama this heat is no joke haha
