the food they got is nothing short of phenomenal. got a burger and it did not dissapoint. would come back and the environment was cool. the fries were good!
Nice hotel very close to the National park. Staff friendly. Water was a odd colour in the swimming pool green but that was all . Breakfast was very good. We did find that like most hotels we stayed at the American like to shout outside are door in the early hour's please America consider other guests
very pleasant staff ….. i’ve always enjoyed the warmth i’ve felt from the Navajo in this area and it’s why this has been my 3rd trip to the area and i’ll be back again🙂🙂
Wonderful time and stay here! Was visiting the weekend for family and I really loved my stay. Diego the young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely making this my go to spot!
In town with Sleep in Heavenly Peace. The hotel was very nice and the buffet dinners and breakfast was amazing.
Long wait at check in desk, only one person in front of us.
Avoid this place, go to Best Western instead - This pathetic place, if you book including breakfast, the breakfast is NOT included! They will force you to eat at their breakfast buffet and then charge you afterward, 21.95USD per head. And the front desk Tamara does not give one single damn about it, instead, she just prints out a letter saying these are the hotel rules. Thankfully AGODA refunded us the amount because they too admitted that it was in fact a scam!!
The room was large, comfortable bed. The location, at the entrance to the canyon was good. We were very disappointed with the breakfast they offer, compared to the price they charge. Also, the fact that there is no place to fill up drinking water was annoying. Especially that ChatGPT suggested to filter the water and not drink just tap water in this city. 🤦♂️
Very thin walls and outdated rooms. Expensive for what you get.
Great huge, very comfortable beds, & the staff were pretty friendly. Location could be better, but it was convenient. Rooms were pretty good as well, spacious.

After booking.com did not send my reservation to Thunderbird Lodge, I scrambled to find a place for my family and I to stay for the night. I went here and immediately was greeted by Diego. I told him what happened and he not only booked us a room but used his own employee discount to help us get into a room since we were out so much money already. Im not sure what we would have done otherwise. Thank you, Diego! You saved our trip.
The room was very clean and quiet. Just what you would expect with a Holiday Inn.
It was fine. A little pricey, but workable.
Seems to be stuck in 2020 with all the covid signage around.
Clean, friendly, and affordable, this is a solid option for a hotel while you're visit the canyon. Didn't try the food, so I can't speak to it. The restaurant hours are pretty limited and there aren't a lot of other options in the city, so plan ahead.
I like my stay during a visit back home.
Nice accommodations. Lovely staff. Bring bottled water, the water is yellow. Not certain why, I brushed my teeth with my bottled water.
