Burger Restaurants near Chino Valley

“I love eating here. However their website states they are open til 9pm so I drove over to eat there tonight and the waitress walked me back to my booth and all of the sudden she says oh I’m sorry we’re closed. I said your website says open til 9pm? She said well we usually are but not tonight. I said but I’m here you have people in here eating right now. Can’t you serve me since your website led me to come here. She said I’m sorry we’re closed and I can’t serve you. Then she adds have a nice night. I hadn’t eaten all day. There are no restaurants in chino open at 8pm in chino. Talk about frustrated. I don’t know if or when I’d come back. There wasn’t even a sign on the door saying closed at 8pm. I drove out of my way. I’m sorry but that’s really bad that they would advertise their hours and then change them to suit their restaurant. Maybe this is common? But why would I recommend it if you can’t be sure when they’re open. I almost had company with me tonight that was gonna come from 30 min away. Im a little irritated 😣“

“This location has stepped up their game! The last couple of times I have been here the food has been hot, fresh, and fast! Westley, at the front counter, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The lobby is super clean. They have definitely turned around from earlier this year.“

“Ordered breakfast to be delivered by doordash. My picky eater her breakfast got really screwed up. I called doordash right back. The number I got gave me the driver and the driver didn't know what to do. It wasn't their fault that the order was wrong and not knowing how to resolve the issue myself. I called McDonald's spoke with Kyle. Not only was he very professional, he made the situation right and my picky eater was extremely happy even though I had to go and pick it up. It all turned out great. Another employee outside cleaning the drive-thru line we were talking back and forth about the experience. Between the manager Kyle the employee outside they gave such good customer service. I've had issues in the past with this McDonald's and they resolved it each time. However, this time I felt compelled to do a review because that customer service was outstanding and you just don't get good customer service like this anymore.“
