I'm willing to drive across town to pick up pepperjacks. Pepperjacks is a wonderful small restaurant with a great seating area, pleasant service, and the best burgers in chino valley.

I really like this little restaurant. The food is good and the people friendly and the service is good. I’m grateful for this place being in chino, the fast food restaurants here are just awful and this for me is my go to place when I want a good burger and fries meal.

This place has good food. I was disappointed in the drive through and service. We pulled up in drive through. One car ahead of us. Sat there for 5 min, then I went in the restaurant to see what the problem was. My husband was still in drive through. The workers said they were making coffee for the car in front of us and it takes awhile. If that is the case have them pull forward and take next cars order or come out and take order. They used to come out to cars and take orders at the old place. The workers inside didn’t seem to care much. It will be awhile if ever I go back here.

It was ok food, nothing exceptional. Average food and average prices. Since they have moved to their new location out in the hotel parking lot, I think they are training new staff because the girl at the register was very confused and slow I needed a lot of help.

Okay first and foremost I love this burger joint I've been coming for years taking lunch while I'm at work here however I was kind of bummed because it seemed like there wasn't enough sauce on my Chipotle Burger I'm sure they would have given me more had I asked and was eating at the restaurant but unfortunately it was a take out so all I ask is maybe when you're ordering the specialty burgers with their special sauces just put a little bit more otherwise thank you delicious is always happy to help support a local business
