Great restaurant and always solid food, staff is amazing. If your just passing through it's worth the stop. Some small town love

This is one of only 3 places I regularly go to in the Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Jerome area. My go to is brisket Reuben and calamari with marinara. The calamari is nothing super special, but the marinara is insanely good that it puts the app over the top. I did not like their pizza though. Brisket Reuben every time.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch on Sept. 21st. As an FYI, this Cafe does not serve breakfast; only lunch and dinner. They have some gluten free items but they're not marked on the menu; ask the server. My wife had the BLT sandwich and I had the Fish & Chips--both were excellent. For dessert, I had a piece of their carrot cake, which was delicious. Highly recommended; we would return.

Fantastic food and great service. I had the smoked brisket Reuben with onion rings. Excellent rings and the sandwich was spectacular. The smoke flavor of the brisket was unique. Their smoker skills seem to be top notch.

"Rippin' good" - My FamilyAbsolutely outstanding food! Would go again and again. There are vegetarian options per request if you would like and there is a veggie substitute for patties also. The fries were the best I have ever had. Seriously. Love it!

Stopped here after our kayaking tour. We were super hungry and this place hit the spot! You have to love small towns, the server's 10 year old son was helping out and took our order. He did great ? The food came out pretty quickly and was very good! Would definitely stop back here if we were in the area.

Ate here yesterday for the first time after 2 other places we had expected to go were closed. Despite very modest appearances, the food was terrific. BBQ ribs were really tasty and the the Cobb salad was unique in my life when I ordered it topped with BBQ brisket. I know, sounds weird, but super tasty and fresh. Service was friendly for our table and the others we observed. I would note the appearance was just a little grotty, so I probably would have scored a 4.8, but in the choice between only 4 or 5, they are much closer to 5.

Stopped in for a pre-show dinner - summer concert in the Clarkdale Town Square. We had read the positive reviews in TripAdvisor and Yelp and were rewarded with service and food that exceeded everything we'd read. Simple clean nostalgic decor evocative of a different era. First-class service. Delicious food. Example: I was torn between the chef's signature beef dip and the shrimp and chips basket so I asked the server to help me decide. Her eyes widened and she said, "Oh, we got a fresh shipment of shrimp today and I highly recommend it, even though those are both amazing!" Local craft beers on tap, and fresh lemon custard cake from a local bakery. Reasonable pricing. What a great evening. Don't miss it.

Second time here and just as good. The burgers are so tasty! Very fresh ingredients makes a big difference. The cole slaw is legit (not smothered in sauce) but crunchy and full of flavor... Highly recommend and will keep coming back to the local spot.

This place is great! We were here in late March and the food and staff were awesome. Do yourself a favour and come up to Clarkdale if you're in Cottonwood. It's the cutest little town and this is a great restaurant. I don't eat meat and they had lots of options. I asked if they could do the pizza with a thin crust and it was awesome. Really one of the best pizzas I've had! And the avacado toast was amazing.

Found this place recommended by the shuttle driver to come down to here bc Jerome lunchtime crowd's 1.5 hr waits!Did not disappoint, smoked meats was delicious according to couple who ordered it but the small coleslaw sides seems too small a serving for 2...as it was $40.00 platter meant to be shared. We ordered the Supreme pizza and it was thin. CRust ,not greasy also delicious! Reheated well too via frying pan the next day.

Got a brisket Reuben as take out. Nothing but fat, fricking ridiculous for a $20 sandwich. Couldn't even eat it. Wish I could include a picture. Any cafe that serves food of such poor quality for such high prices can keep it. Had it not been takeout, I'd have refused it. Don't waste your money. When I went back to express my displeasure over a sandwich full of fat, I was told, you're not welcome back. Seriously? You can defend your fatty brisket all you want, but when you're rude to a customer, that's indefensible. Just spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This place isn't worth it.
