I ordered a small cone but they had to make five other people's orders in front of mine even though they ordered after I did. The people who work in the dairy Queen are lazy and don't pay attention to their job. I've stopped there three times and left with nothing all three times for the very same reason.

I ordered a strawberry Sunday and a small blizzard that came out to $14. I asked for nuts on my Sunday twice. The young lady behind the register apparently didn’t hear me. So when my Sunday came out with no nuts I obviously asked for some. To my surprise she had the biggest nastiest additive and told me she would have to ring me up when she had time. Mind you I didn’t mind paying at all. She was working the evening shift at 5pm on Thursday the 15th. Horrible mean service. 0 stars. If she doesn’t like working and having a good attitude about it she should look for another job!

We were passing through to California and ordered food and blizzards. We got our blizzards and they tasted like spoiled milk. We let Mercedes know and she argued with us but refused to try it! She was extremely rude. We will never eat there again

When we did finally order, I go to pay, and she says, “that’s to go since we close in an hour.” I’m like, ‘how long is it gonna take for you to make my food?’
Horrid customer service. They clearly don’t want to be here, which makes me not want to be here.

So we decided to stop at the thing on our way to Bowie Arizona and we're hungry so we stopped here at the Dairy Queen and I just have to say, the food was amazing but the staff was even more incredible!!! Austin, is such an awesome dude, sweet adorable guy!! We appreciate you so much!! He was treated pretty rudely by someone and handled it with grace!! You're all pretty great, but Austin was the best!!! You guys really show how hard you try to make it a good experience each and every time!!! ? ???
