There's a gas station, bathroom, gift shop and convenience store, so everything you need during a road tripThe Thing Museum is very cheap even for a family. It's super quick to go through and very fun, definitely worth a stop
Best experience at a gas station ever. Everyone needs to visit the THING. A fantastic eye opening example of a history of things that might have been. For $5 you can't beat it. It's a wonderful experience for everyone. I only wish I had more time to read all the posters they had through our the exhibit.Will not disappoint!

After years of passing by this place we finally succumbed to the allure. We were not disappointed but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The museum is very well done, even with the kitchy sci-fi theory running throughout. Lots of "What if" questions and life-like statues. Someone with a great imagination did a great job here. The gift shop is huge but tidy and the people are very friendly.
