I come here a lot and I find the poeple taking your order really don't listen to you and when they screw up they won't fix it even though it was a screw up on their end I wish you had like we have recorded phone calls you have recorded registered if the lady behind the register would pay more attention to the person talking to her she wouldn't have screwed up my order.
Wasn't the friendliest place, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while an employee just kept looking our way. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed. We were finally acknowledged by an employee who was way over by the front of the store cleaning tables, who came to help us as soon as they realized we were there. My travelling companion asked for a small dipped ice cream cone, and the employee made it quite large. We had to figure out how to dispose of the rest of it...read full review
