I didn't get the name but to the girl that closed on Friday night 8/8. Please know your kindness to us made our night. We talked about kindness for at least 10 min.

I gave this a 3… Im not one to post reviews, but I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from this location. The worker Heli that worked today 8/7 had horrible attitude and was very rude, rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for a cup of water for my daughter! I love Starbucks and the staff but this was one of the worse services I’ve ever experienced. I understand it’s only one person and your about to close but please let us customers know nicely you are done taking orders.

Hi, I just want to report a unfriendly girl name (Heli) we stop at sturbucks to get some coffee and a cake pop….. she was very Rude, my granddaughter was dursty and I ask her for some water, and she give us a dirty look like she was upset, she was mad, other girls ask her for a fork, and she got mad, even the girls said…. Why is she mad..::: please fix you’re personal, I see other girls in others sturbucks and they are so friendly…. Always smiling, but not on this Safeway Starbucks…. And the service is not to good….
Only 1 person working 5 people waiting. This is why I'll travel to Florence for better service. Felt bad for the girl

Completely ridiculous! They are always out of products that are in almost every drink. The kicker was changing their dry erase board with the hours on Thanksgiving Day to close an hour early. I have no problem with it being a holiday. But when you drive 20 minutes to a location you rely on being open until the time they say they’ll be open ‘til, it is inexcusable behavior. They even had their hours posted online!

Is there any training at this location? Who is in charge? I was here first thing in the morning all the tables were disgustingly dirty, and obviously had not been cleaned from the day prior. We got 2 carmel Fraps, and they were the worst I've ever had, and I've been to Starbucks in more than 10 states.

I really hope the district manager does something about all of these bad reviews I come here everyday I use my scan and pay and today Laurie the manager made my drink completely wrong and wouldn’t make it right I called and asked and she was so unprofessional it’s really a waste of time I mean she wrote everything on the cup right but then made it all wrong how hard is it to pay attention to detail and take pride in your work. No matter what it is even if it’s making coffee what a disgrace also the tables in there are always dirty

I've been going here for years. Recently the lines have been longer than usual. It's been about two months now maybe longer that line wait time to getting your drink is about thirty minutes. I stopped going as often as I was because of the wait time. It would be wonderful if they had faster service, with more staff. Drinks are ok but not the best. It's a hit and miss with customer service but that's how it is almost everywhere. Hopefully they add more baristas.

If u want a refill, u have to pay full price and it's more expensive than California, by about 10% . A latte is over $6.. by far the worst Starbucks I have ever ever been too.

Worst Starbucks ever. I've gone here a few times, and it's always the same experience. They run out of the seasonal stuff (at least 1 item won't say "sold out," but it is). The girls that work there do not greet you, no acknowledgment whatsoever. You wait forever for service. My husband and I this last trip went for a pumpkin spice latte and apple crisp drink of some sort. Psl was out of stock, so we ordered a regular item. The apple drink was ordered, after waiting 15 mins, and one of our orders being put on the counter(and no, "sorry your other order is about to come out") I inquired where our other drink was, that's when we were informed they were unaware of the other drink, then started looking for more supplies for it, but could not find it. Another drink sold out and it was not updated on the board. We were upset and had to ask for a refund. Waste of time. We are never going here again. Go to "Nana's" nearby. It's better tasting, friendlier, quicker, and better priced.
