Friendly staff. Just wish Joseph would focus more on making the drinks and less on flirting with every female he comes across. Very uncomfortable and he left the other team member to carry the rush solo took over 20 min to get my single drink.
I gave this a 3… Im not one to post reviews, but I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service from this location. The worker Heli that worked today 8/7 had horrible attitude and was very rude, rolled her eyes and sighed when I asked for a cup of water for my daughter! I love Starbucks and the staff but this was one of the worse services I’ve ever experienced. I understand it’s only one person and your about to close but please let us customers know nicely you...
Is there any training at this location? Who is in charge? I was here first thing in the morning all the tables were disgustingly dirty, and obviously had not been cleaned from the day prior. We got 2 carmel Fraps, and they were the worst I've ever had, and I've been to Starbucks in more than 10 states.
