Who would have thought that we would find this gem in Cornville AZ. We had the French Onion soup, the skinless Schweinshaxe (pork shank) with Sauerkraut and the Sauerbraten with Blaukraut (red Cabbage) All dishes were excellent, gravy just like it needs to be, the owner, his wife as well as our waitress were so attentive, can’t ask for more! The cake was a mascarpone cake, just great and not the usual sugar bomb!

This place is amazing. My husband was really excited to find German food as he had lived in Germany as a young man and there aren’t many options in northern Arizona. This food instantly transported him back to that time. Whether you want German food, or one of the many other cuisine options, this place is wonderful. We’re definitely going to be back again and again. The ladies serving us are so kind and wonderful. I highly recommend eating here!

The appetizer, brat bites, came out looking beautiful and tasting so delicious. The meal just got better from there. They are serving quality you would expect in a big city, this place is truly a gem in the middle of nowhere.
