Earlier this afternoon I saw a horrible act and poor judgement of the manager I believe. I have seen him before in the Prescott valley location and my family avoid going there when we do see him. I saw an elderly couple walk out and the manger goes out chasing them out and attacks the senior man to the ground.
The wife tries to get him off her husband and he then pushes her to the ground. An ambulance was called.

I have gone in there on 3 separate occasions to get a waffle cone and each time they are out and refuse to make more.
It's bad business to have something on the menu and constantly be out of the product.
