Came to get three sausage egg biscuits two without egg charged full price for all three for the same thing that I could get six biscuits for. the same price. The representative CHRISTOPHER contacted his manager and the manager told him to charge me full price. Now cannot get a refund manager, not answering calls. Poor management.

Yesterday I passed this location around 6 pm I was hungry the lady don't have people on the line not customer but she ask me to wait , don't even take my order 3 people come in for drive thru fast ..she doesn't have attention with person on front counter. I left very disappointed from this location. Never come back that location

WORKERS ARE RUDE!! Like if you don't want to work, go home. No reason to be at a place of employment and have attitude. Sometimes the service alone is enough to ruin a good meal. I get we all have bad days but damn when your whole crew is stand offish it's time to make a change. I do not expect the red carpet treatment from a fast food place but at least acknowledge the customers and provide answers to questions instead of a blank stare and attitude.

The people are great, but the new automated drive through is worthless. It doesn't understand what you are saying and doesn't ask the correct questions or repeat what you are ordering so you know it gets it right. The employees keep having to get on the speaker and take your order anyway. In my opinion makes things harder for the employees.

We hate the automated order taker outside. It screws up every time.
I knew when my burger was ready in less than a minute that I wasn't getting a fresh charbroiled burger. I took a pinch of the meat, and it was about room temperature.The person in charge insisted the cook make another. I'm pretty sure they are precooked and kept in a steam table.This one was tolerably warm. But thin, gray patties are not what the menu shows. Very disappointing. Carl's used to be good. I learned my lesson, won't be going back.

STAY AWAY!!! They gave me burnt chicken sandwhich and the manager refused to replace it, even for another item on the menu that costs less.
