Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. No tired soggy flimsy patties like McDonald's. I got the hand breaded chicken sandwich and OMG it was actually crispy and juicy and I couldnt shut up about it. Carls Jr got them GOOD PICKLES it was just wacky better than I expected and F McDonald's coming to Carl's Jr from here out. Raul was awesome, even brought the food to our table.
This Carl’s Jr. honestly felt like a tomb. It was deathly quiet inside — I’m not sure whether these restaurants normally have background music, but there was absolutely nothing creating any kind of atmosphere.

Carl's Jr. serves food like the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. The staff can be pleasant and friendly. Sometimes the service is fast, but other times it can be slow due to being short staffed. The food is often fresh and the presentation is great. However, the drive-thru can be slow and there can be issues with orders, such as unexpected charges. Overall, the experience at Carl's Jr. can vary, but the food is often good.
