I can't share our food experience because we went inside to the counter, waited 5 minutes and were never greeted, never told we'll be right with you, nothing! Meanwhile, all the staff did do was help Drive-thru!!! I called to ask to talk to a manager because I was wondering if it was a mistake and ONLY druve-thru was open!! Guys--- don't order anything from Carl's Jr. for delivery, unless you want your order to be missing items. When you call the restaurant and tell them you had food missing, they tell you " I don't know how to help you" then CLICK, THEY HANG UP ON YOU!!
I drive up there, inconveniently, and ask to speak to a manager, to which this girl (same one who hung up on me) says there's no manager... Like, really?! Who's in charge of these kids and why aren't they being taught correct...read full review
