The people are great, but the new automated drive through is worthless. It doesn't understand what you are saying and doesn't ask the correct questions or repeat what you are ordering so you know it gets it right. The employees keep having to get on the speaker and take your order anyway. In my opinion makes things harder for the employees.
Not sure why this location gets a bad rep. I have eaten at this spot on every Thursday for almost 3 years, basically anytime I'm in Cottonwood. The food is always consistently good and the employees are super quick, especially the manager. My only complaint is the restrooms need a remodel badly, and the choice of music is really odd considering the location.
