“Overall the quality of the blizzards we order is what we expect from DQ. We had no issues with customer service when we went. We went inside, ordered, I used the restroom, and our 3 blizzards and 1 cone were ready by the time I came out. Plus there was an order ahead of us.The place could be a little cleaner though.“

“Today I went in and needed a specialized meal for dietary reasons. Every other place gives me attitude but the staff in Cottonwood, AZ did what I needed with a smile. I appreciated that! Well done!

Dietary restrictions: I ordered Famous Star, plain, then removed the bun, ate it with veggies only. :) The meal was expensive for just that but I missed breakfast and was gonna die. LOL I do wish someone would make this option but with loads of the veggies. :)“

“I went to Kentucky, fried chicken and a nuggets there hurt chicken nugget. Things did not have all healthy ingredients and sauces that the restaurant should have had on hand the managers did a great job of trying to fix the problem, but they can't fix the problem adopt help of the company. Took long time to get the nuggets. Then they messed up the whole entire order, but to manage your fixed it up for us. The young men there wanted to argue, but telling me this is what and that's what ever the customer is right, even if the customer is wrong, that's what I was taught working in the food service. These young men did not listen I had to get a hold of the manager and she did a great job“

“Your menu is good except for your cinnamon twist. Sorry guys but you really need to make those right. It's no joke. One time. They tasted like dish soap. This time I tried 1 and it tasted horrible! And it left a bad taste in my mouth.“

“We love our local Pizza Hut and we order there pretty frequently - yesterday we tried the new “tavern style” pizza -pictured here with bone out no sauce wings for the little one in my family. We loved it! Appreciate the kind service always

“Subways is Subways. These kids show up after school getting on the job training. Xavier, I don't care how lowsey your day is, to wish the people that made your food because you were not willing to make your own dam sandwich is a below the belt blow. It's an ugly nasty thing to say when cottonwood, being the small city that it is,parents of whom send their kids for job experience to make your food and fill your belly. Perhaps, you would be better off on the unemployment line. This might humble you and teach you a lesson you entitled piece of garbage! “I don't normally take the time to review a fast food restaurant. Been to one, been to them all. However our experience at this location was amazing. We arrived around 3pm and my husband and I both ordered plates. All of the food was fresh and they had a large variety to choose from. Devin helped us figure out our order and even told us about the rewards program that saved us some money. Everything was excellent. Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you.“
