“This time the food was good. We had the corn dog and soft pretzels with cheese and a chili cheese hot dog. The pretzels ate the absolute best there! (Oh i forgot i had a breakfast burrito there too this morning and it was very good) The service this morning took a bit but was good. This afternoon was good. One suggestion though would be to have servers stop asking if you need you change back. For example today our change was a dollar instead of saying "ill be right back with your change" and giving us the chance to say "keep it" she said "do you need your dollar?" Apparently this is something most if the servers do most of the time. I personally find that sorta rude its like asking for a tip. Oh one last thingyour shakes look amazing but i cant eat them because they are dairy :-( can you please do a non dairy shake? I really want to try the chocolate covered strawberry!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Tator tots are vegetarian right? And they are delicious! “Overall the quality of the blizzards we order is what we expect from DQ. We had no issues with customer service when we went. We went inside, ordered, I used the restroom, and our 3 blizzards and 1 cone were ready by the time I came out. Plus there was an order ahead of us.The place could be a little cleaner though.“
“When a special order got goofed up the Pizza Hut in Cottonwood was happy to correct the order. In addition tho, they added extras to the corrected order as recompense for the error! Seems like that used to be standard but I think Pizza Hut must be the only one left who I've encountered with great customer service. Chris & Tim both really went above and beyond! Thanks guys!“
“Subways is Subways. These kids show up after school getting on the job training. Xavier, I don't care how lowsey your day is, to wish the people that made your food because you were not willing to make your own dam sandwich is a below the belt blow. It's an ugly nasty thing to say when cottonwood, being the small city that it is,parents of whom send their kids for job experience to make your food and fill your belly. Perhaps, you would be better off on the unemployment line. This might humble you and teach you a lesson you entitled piece of garbage! “Been coming here for years with mostly consistent orders, with a stray bad pizza here and there, but 9/10 times pretty consistently good. That is, for the pizza.Please, make big changes to how you make your cinnamon twists, they are ALWAYS AWFUL from this location, lacking big time in cinnamon with a soupy box. Other locations don't have this issue, yet despite many changes of employees this one has for years now. Very strange issue.“
“Probably about a year ago this girl that's working there her name is Nancy I go to Sedona five or six times a year and this time she helped me again she is an awesome staff member very cool very funny carries herself very well. It's people like this that make me come back time and time again. I really enjoy having good employees and cute lol. ⭐??“
“Worst taco bell ever. Consistently gets order wrong. You pay 60 cents for Fiesta strips and if they actually notice that, you get 1 strip piece. Substituting beans, they will make it an add on and charge extra. Burritos are tiny and you will have multiple empty tortilla bites at the end. Got the new stacker, only about 2 bites at the tip had filling. Go to Camp Verde location, they know how to do thier job, always hot, fresh, and filled properly.“
“We sometimes stop here for breakfast when driving out of town. The food is the usual McDonald's quality and service. Today was easy, there was no line at the counter at 9:20AM on a Tuesday. I find the 2 for $5 Sausage Egg McMuffins deal plus a Coffee just right for us in price, flavor and quality.“
“Unfortunately, KFC has not been able to avoid product shrinkage. The chicken pieces are much smaller than they used to be. As a matter of fact, the mashed potatoes were only half full, and the Cole slaw looked old. Not theost satisfying of experiences.“
