“This arbys always treats me well but I wanted to write this review to specifically shout out team member Michael for being such a hard worker by providing some amazing service and food for a guy running the whole store by himself at 2 am. Apart from serving me up some great food quickly, he also made me feel incredibly welcome at a time and scenario most fast food workers would want you to get out as soon as possible so they can go back on their phone. Thanks for making the long, late night drive ahead of me much more bearable Michael.“
“The manager working this morning is unprofessional, ignorant and quite honestly an imbecile. My best friend of over 20 years is traveling and calls me in tears because of how she was treated at this location. Trying to fill her vehicle with gas using a gift card she has used around the country, he berated her loudly in front of other guests, all because in his ignorance he couldn't figure out how to use the gift card. He didn't stop there... he even followed her outside yelling and calling her crazy. This manager needs to be removed or held accountable. My friend had to get gas elsewhere, then stop and collect herself before she could drive. I suggest his supervisors, district staff review the cameras and address this behavior, people use pilot because it's safe, and for the most part the staff is helpful, not this man.“

“I love Xavier's foot longs! Some of the best meat on a sub that I've had in a long time! If Xavier is there, I definitely recommend service from him. He called me sweetie and I blushed.“

“It was quite busy here even on a weekend morning. This location also is quite small on the inside so limited amount of seating. Their food price seems to be more expensive too vs other locations too. Cashier was friendly though and made sure everyone felt welcome and personally walked around to give people their dine in orders.
There's accessible parking and automated entrance doors.“

“Food is usually good. My prior visit was menudo and it had mostly bones so hadn't been in about 6 months. So tonight decided to have their food, as always I ordered over phone they told me 5 mins. I waited 18 mins in their establishment. While waiting someone came in and placed an order. She got her food before three of us who had phoned ahead. Another customer got a refund due to the wait. Don't tell me it's going to only take 5 mins. When it's takes almost 4 times as long. That's why I call it in. And didn't get my drink, even if I did they didn't have ice in the fountain for the drinks anyway. poor poor service. Doesn't give me the option to give stars. I would give a 1.“
