Sooo, I was gonna take a Pic of the food but it was so good I couldn't get a Pic and by the time I noticed i was half way there and asked for a to go box. Highly recommend. The pastries look so good but we had no space in our stomach or a place to keep them from the heat.

There were two of us for lunch, we ordered the fish and chips and taco salad. The fish you could tell came from a box/bag not very flavorful or seasoned. The taco salad with chicken (although the shell was huge) was mostly just that,salad. The server wasn’t very attentive, had to get up and ask for some malt vinegar for the fish, had to ask for a refill on the soda. Don’t think we will be back.

Just wanted to shout out to the kitchen crew and all the staff from today! They were super busy when we walked in, but everyone kept a smile on their faces and were very kind to the customers. They also encouraged each other while busily working to accommodate everyone. The kitchen crew never faltered, they just kept right at it, one order after another, not skimping on quality. Every order appeared delicious and cooked with care. Our food was fantastic. Compliments to a great team who works hard!

Terrible food . They claim “ homemade meatloaf” and it’s far from fresh or homemade. My server was okay , seemed like he didn’t like doing his job. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here. Save your money and time.

They were a bit short-staffed at this visit. The omelette was as good as any I ever had with lots of veggies and nicely cooked. I'll return. They sell handy items at the checkout counter like a toothpick holder.

Great food. Love the bear stuff everywhere. We wanted dessert but our waiter was not as attentive as he could have been. Overall though, great experience and if I’m in the area again, we will stop in!
The kids got dessert for free and they were THRILLED! Prices are very reasonable and portions are large.

We arrived at 5:30pm, with only 4 people in our group. The service was painfully slow. After delivering our food she disappeared and never checked on us after we got our food. We tried to get her attention when she would appear to wait on her other tables but she would completely ignore us and would immediately turn away and go back towards the kitchen. At one point we finally got her attention and asked for a coffee refill and she never brought it, finally we just gave up and asked for our check. All of this and she wasn't even busy, she had 4 tables, including us. We will not be going to Black Bear again.
