I loved this restaurant. Their coffee is to die for and the food and service was exceptional. I got the savory crepes and they were very delicious and our waitress was so kind and attentive.
Busy Sunday morning, I get it. Host said 20-30 min wait, no problem. 45+ minutes in, standing out front where 3 patio tables are emptied. Another 15 minutes for them to get cleared & wiped. Meanwhile watching the waitlist that says how many in the party what order they were on the list. Finally got annoyed as no one was being called. Went to the host stand and the young lady said she was waiting for them to be cleaned, informed her they’ve been cleaned so she finally starts...
I’ve been to Crema Craft Kitchen twice now, and while the food has been good, both visits came with a surprisingly long wait—over an hour to get our meal each time.
On our most recent visit, what made the wait especially frustrating was watching two tables near us, both seated after us, receive their food before we did. I could understand if we had ordered something especially complex, but it’s not like we ordered a soufflé.
