We've lived in Cottonwood for over 33 years. Dairy Queen is an icon in the area for food hamburgers and incredible ice cream delectables. We try to go at least every week to 2 weeks as we enjoy the food and ice cream
food and staff decent. The place is dirty though, collection of food around baseboards and windowsills. Bathroom smells like mold and septic, not poop, septic, and is visibly unkept and dirty. somebody had shed grey human hairs profusely on the back of one of the benches too. just unkept. concerning.
Overall the quality of the blizzards we order is what we expect from DQ. We had no issues with customer service when we went. We went inside, ordered, I used the restroom, and our 3 blizzards and 1 cone were ready by the time I came out. Plus there was an order ahead of us.The place could be a little cleaner though.
