Went thru drive-thru. Paid but order wasn't ready. Was told to go around bend and wait. Waited 25 minutes. NOBODY ever came out with my order. So finally left. They are thieves. Employees are stupid and incompetent. Will never go back. Don't like getting ripped off.
Of all of the McDonald's stores in multiple states I have visited the Cottonwood location is the absolute worst. They have the longest wait times, rudest staff and rarely ever get the order correct.
It is really unfortunate the location inside Walmart closed before this locations remodel. They did better overall.
If you have the option and ability, avoid McDonald's in Cottonwood and go to Jack in th Box right down the road, or even the Taco Bell. At least when those two...read full review
