Fantastic experience! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, elevated, and freaking delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

Awesome chef. Took the time to learn about the limitations we had with food allergies and made a spectacular meal for us. Chef Nick and his staff were friendly and personable with us and our guests, which made not only for a great meal but a fun time. I could not recommend him higher.

Chef Di Paolo catered my dear friend’s wedding and it was an amazing experience. His three course meal with three appetizers felt like a six course meal. All of the food was cooked to perfection and so beautifully presented. The highlight of the meal was the mussels and chorizo, but it is so hard to choose! I definitely recommend his services.

Chef Nicholas delivered on everything from easy and straight-forward communication to menu planning and dietary restrictions. Out of an ill-equipped home kitchen he delivered an impeccable meal for our private wedding dinner. We cannot recommend him and his team enough. This was NOT catering this was a chef cooking with passion and love. “Best food we’ve ever had at a wedding dinner,” was said to us multiple times.
We did a family style dinner with multiple proteins, soup, pasta, and passed apps. Everything was timed perfectly, tasted amazing, and served beautifully. A member of his team was there to help set up, serve, and break down as well. You’re well taken care of. They leave the place spotless. There was also PLENTY of food. He doesn't prep based on assumptions or averages he makes sure that everything served is enough for everyone to eat, and eat well. We had delicious leftovers for the following day. As long as this review is, it’s not enough to express how well everything went and how delicious everything was. Get you some Chef Nicholas and team. Easy decision, save the energy for the other, harder ones.
