Chef Nick was fantastic! He’s very talented and prepared us a delicious meal!

Chef Nicholas delivered on everything from easy and straight-forward communication to menu planning and dietary restrictions. Out of an ill-equipped home kitchen he delivered an impeccable meal for our private wedding dinner. We cannot recommend him and his team enough. This was NOT catering this was a chef cooking with passion and love. “Best food we’ve ever had at a wedding dinner,” was said to us multiple times.
We did a family style dinner with multiple proteins, soup, pasta, and passed apps. Everything was timed perfectly, tasted amazing, and served beautifully. A member of his team was there to help set up, serve, and break down as well. You’re well taken care of. They leave the place spotless. There was also PLENTY of food. He doesn't prep based on assumptions or averages he makes sure that everything served is enough for everyone to eat, and eat well. We had delicious leftovers for the following day. As long as this review is, it’s not enough to express how well everything went and how delicious everything was. Get you some Chef Nicholas and team. Easy decision, save the energy for the other, harder ones.

Chef Nick catered a brunch for about 11 people for our elopement in Sedona and was absolutely incredible! Every single food item served was delicious, they had us laughing and spirits high the entire time, wouldn't let us lift a finger if we tried to help with anything, and cleaned up afterwards. If you're considering a private catered chef, I would 1000000% recommend him, you won't regret it. Thank you so much! It was one of the highlights of our day.

We had the greatest experience with Chef Nick. He was on time, everyone loved the food, he was entertaining and accommodating to make sure that everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. He and his server went above and beyond for us and we could not be happier. I would recommend him to anyone.

Chef Nick was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He was organized, responsive and professional. He put together an incredible menu for both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception and he also provided breakfast service for us for 3 days. The service and quality of the food was superb and every detail was perfect. We loved having Chef Nick introduce all the dishes to our guests! Our guests loved him and the food was phenomenal. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Chef Nick!

Chef Nick catered two nights for a wedding I attended. His food was absolutely incredible. Every dish, from the passed hors d'oeuvres like the crab cakes and meatballs to the main courses like the lamb chops and strip roast, was a masterpiece. The presentation was impeccable, and the food tasted even better than it looked. Chef Nick and his staff were friendly, professional, and always attentive to our needs. We felt like we were in excellent hands throughout the entire evening.

We had an amazing meal! Absolutely must do again.

One of the best meals ever! I cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful experience it is to have Chef Nicholas cook for you. I’ve had the privilege of eating his food twice now and both times I (and the rest of our group) is blown away! He is professional, efficient, jovial, and truly a joy.
