I recently hosted a 70th birthday and 45th wedding anniversary gathering in Sedona, AZ. I had two recommendations from local sources about Chef Nick. The food Chef Nick prepared was delicious. There were three people in the group with special dietary needs and he addressed those wonderfully. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and enjoyed by all. I am grateful for what he did to make the gathering special and would happily serve as a reference.

Excellent girls dinner! We had a girls night in Sedona and Nicholas gave us many menu options to land in the perfect one. Great service and very personable, would absolutely recommend!

Chef Nicholas catered the hors d’oeuvres and dinner for my daughter‘s wedding In Sedona. It was magnificent! Not only did he provide fabulous food, he made suggestions during the planning that proved to be invaluable. He suggested that my daughter changed the table size as he had catered events in this particular venue before and he knew the tables she wanted wouldn’t fit. He provided invaluable suggestions regarding a number of matters and connected us with other wedding providers that were equally as helpful. Nick.. nick was like every womens dream. A beautiful 5 course dinner. Every single bite was magnificent,. Nick set the table for us, served us a delicious meal, cleaned up. On top of that Nick was so fun and interactive. Loved getting to know him and again the food was extraordinary. Call Nick!! We love you Nick!

The steak, shrimp scampi, and tres leches bread pudding were fantastic. It was also great to meet chef Nick and get to know him a bit. Great fun and delicious all around.

We hired chef Nick for a 40th birthday dinner at our Airbnb, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. The food was incredible—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and truly restaurant-quality.

This was our family's first time booking a private chef and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely delicious (we got Short Rib Bourguignon, Portobello Pappardelle, Iceberg Wedge Salad, Bruschetta appetizer, and Tiramisu) and Chef Nick was so professional, kind, and easygoing.
