I recently hosted a 70th birthday and 45th wedding anniversary gathering in Sedona, AZ. I had two recommendations from local sources about Chef Nick. The food Chef Nick prepared was delicious. There were three people in the group with special dietary needs and he addressed those wonderfully. The food was very tasty, beautifully presented and enjoyed by all. I am grateful for what he did to make the gathering special and would happily serve as a reference.
Excellent girls dinner! We had a girls night in Sedona and Nicholas gave us many menu options to land in the perfect one. Great service and very personable, would absolutely recommend!
Chef Nicholas catered the hors d’oeuvres and dinner for my daughter‘s wedding In Sedona. It was magnificent! Not only did he provide fabulous food, he made suggestions during the planning that proved to be invaluable. He suggested that my daughter changed the table size as he had catered events in this particular venue before and he knew the tables she wanted wouldn’t fit.
