Had a great lunch there last Sunday. The basket of chips they give you right away were tasty and the salsa bar with choices from hot to not was a fun addition. My buddy and I both had the tacos and they were excellent. The carnitas taco and the cactus taco were so good. The rice and beans on the side made for a filling, delicious meal. The margaritas were well made and the service was outstanding. The place was clean, bright and welcoming. I’d come back for sure.
From our salsa and starters to our Tacos, everything was tasty. The Pico was divine as was the tomatillia salsa. The hotter two salsas weren't hot and not much flavor so that was a bummer. The pickled then fried cactus fries were great and a first time for me with cactus. The corn was delicious. It didn't remind me of authentic street corn probably because of the lack of taijin and the use of an herb aioli but I wouldn't change it because it was awesome! Excellent queso! They had a very limited menu, but it was very good! The fish and chips taco was awesome. It was had different toppings than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. The Smoky Mountain Taco wasn't as good, it needed more meat for the price. Hopefully there will be more options on my next visit.
