I heard Robert talking to his co-workers, asking them to do a task with a caring attitude and saying please and thank you. He also treated the customers with a great attitude and care. It is so refreshing to see that kind of service in a fast food environment these days. The other employees were professional as well. We'll done Cottonwood, Az Toco Bell!
The food was good, the atmosphere was very nice, and the service was amazing. The assistant manager, I think his name was Robert, was wonderful. As my family and I sat in the restaurant and ate, we immediately noticed Robert. He was so nice to the employees, yet you could just tell that he was in authority - when he wanted them to do something, he said please and thank you. He treated each and every customer just like a good manager should - he took care of them and thanked...
I say this is one of the best taco bells around, and I am a BIG fan of taco bell. The burritos are always full, not skimpy. The people that work there are always so nice to me and I am a miserable person that seems to always be having a bad day. Then I go to taco Bell, gorge out on cheap yet amazing tacos, get treated nicely by friendly people and feel better about my crap life. I appreciate that. I'm usually there late at night and have never had any lack of service or heard...
