A perfect diner experience. Many locals frequent this establishment. Every table was full. We didn't have a wait because we sat at the counter. I was shocked at how efficient the service was considering how busy they were. The moment we sat down someone greeted us offered coffee water or whatever. My wife asked our perfect server if there were any specials and as luck would have it chicken fried steak and eggs was the special. They happily substituted the biscuits and gravy...
