When I saw the tacos I was really excited. I got shrimp, quesabirria, asada and adobada.

I was told they used 5in tortillas, but they were not. They make their food to order so be prepared to possibly wait.

I don’t haves favorite. The shrimp and birria had a nice crunch. The adobada had pretty good flavor but the pieces were kinda big so there wasn’t a lot of meat. There was only 3 pieces of shrimp. The asada and birria were okay.

I stopped by this birria food truck and ordered three birria tacos — and wow, they did not disappoint! The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything was cooked to perfection, and you can tell they take pride in their food. Jazmin was super friendly and welcoming, and her husband can seriously cook! You can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend stopping by if you're craving some amazing birria — I’ll definitely be back!

The food truck is tucked back off a busy street. We ordered the special an extra side of birria and asked for no onions but both orders were loaded with onions. The hype of this place was a bit much. I've had much better birria in Chandler. The cashier was super welcoming and very friendly the whole time.
