If I could rate this a negative star I would! Gina the manager was the absolute worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I will be contacting Irma Santiago asap about my visit.
Gina was rude and very disrespectful. I was in drive through for 20 min with no help. The employees came out the back door messing around and not working. Gina the manager looked directly at me and said we will be right with you ma'am! Nobody helped at all!

Everyone one in that place is just the rudest people. We were missing food. I went to the door it was looked @8:00pm the door saids 10:00pm closing. I had to go back through for the rest of my food. And girl chick saids to me do you have your receipt. I said no you did not give me one. Remind you I just went through the drive through. Today 3/26/2020 Amid the coronavirus pandemic and being financially strapped, i scraped together enough to get my children (3) and my wife and I some food and with how much the media has been bringing up burger king with their 2 free kids meals with purchase, (no real mention of it having to be a meal) i headed to bk. Burger King has a new general manager who is attentive and has improved staff friendliness. The parking lot offers plenty of spaces, and there are two designated spots for wheelchair accessibility. The food, particularly the lunch options, have been consistently good. However, there have been issues with the soda machine, specifically with Sprite and Dr Pepper. The service can be hit or miss, ranging from excellent and friendly to poor and even resulting in an argument in the kitchen. The people here are really respectful and helpful, very nice. This is one of the best Burger King locations. The stuff here was super nice and friendly and the food was decent. Inside was super clean and food came hella fast. Very happy with the visit.
