Food is ok BUT IT TAKES FOREVERRRRRRRRRR!!!

Slow service, kiosk out of order, drink machine out of order, air-conditioning not working well (it was 120 degrees outside).
Ordered from the Kiosk, no table numbers to choose dine in for. Our names disappeared from the order screen without even getting our food. Had to go up and talk to someone. The food took forever, 20+ minutes for just a shake. Also the lobby was SO hot and humid, and almost all of the tables were dirty. No sense of urgency or purpose from the employees. This Burger King location is always busy but manages it well. The food comes out fast and fresh, and the staff is super nice. They always have Burger King crowns ready for the kids when they walk in, which is a nice traditional touch. However, one customer noted a poor management experience, with a dirty dining room and an unpleasant smell, despite the food being hot and fresh. Another customer had an issue with their order not being available, but the service was still friendly and okay.
