Chat gpt said we needed to try Sonoran hot dogs while we were in Phoenix and I’m so glad to say that this time AI was right. Hot Dogs Y Tacos Los De Sonora was absolutely amazing. I ordered the hot dog Sonora straight up and loved it. The bun was fresh and soft, the hot dog had a perfect crisp and everything about it was perfection. Highly recommend.
Good food and kind host. Adobada tacos where delicious and the meat was chopper a little on the thicker side but very soft the way I adore it. Sided with grilled white peppers that were lightly seasoned and salted tasted like perfect little cooked clouds that complimented the tacos. A winner in my book. A 3 star on atmosphere not on a bad note due to the cleanliness of the tables but being warm in the summer... what can you expect from an arizona summer night under the stars.
3 guys from Minnesota looking for a Sonoran Hotdog, stumbled across a gem. I am not an expert on Sonran hotdogs but I have had a few in Phoenix and Tucson. These were the best I have had. The toppings bar was excellent. Everything was very fresh. Be sure to grab a grilled pepper or 2
