Once we found it, the set up was typical and pretty nice. Very...different from any Spanish wine I've had. I woudn't recomend this one to regular wine drinkers but maybe someone who just wants to try a tasting. Service was strange. Either we somehow inconvenienced the woman pouring during typical business hours, or the agitation was unrelated. Overall, not as enjoyable as other locations in the area, but perhaps it was a fluke.
Stopped by for a tasting and ended up getting a bottle of the viva sangria and the Albariño. I usually like sweet wines, but the ports were a little too sweet for me, but the Sunset red port was my favorite. It’s worth a trip out to try the sangrias and the white wines if you like those.
Absolutely loved our wine tasting experience here. Karyl, the owner and winemaker, was so friendly and offered great service and shared so much knowledge about the local area, her wine making processes, and also was an amazing conversationalist. They offer a large variety of wines, including more port styled dessert wines for those that enjoy sweet styles, but my wife and I particularly enjoyed their 2012 Cabernet Franc and the 2024 Albarino-the latter of which we were so happy...
