Come in for lunch. I couldn’t decide between Chilaquiles or Chile rellenos. The owner suggested that he could make up some Chilaquiles and put a couple of chili rellenos On top. Ordered it with their green sauce and it was delicious! Enough for two meals. Owner was great and friendly with everybody that came in. You can tell he loves what he does. Definitely will be back again!
Not sure why the 1 star ratings. I read some and although I agree that maybe the cleanliness of the place needs a little attention, the food and portions were not inadequate or unfair. The food is very flavorful and not over salted like most places I’ve been to. And the menudo! As my kids would say; it was liddy titty! When I have to travel to Tucson, this will be my go to. Thank you, Fantastico’s.
Good people that work there. My partner and I went there 3 times while staying at the Motel 6 next door. The veggie burrito was huge and delicious. The bathroom is a lil gross, dining room nothing outstanding. But, everything seemed fair priced in the post Covid inflation world we live in. Overall definitely worth if your on the road looking for a taste meal.
