To fellow skiers/snowboarders, I would like to request, if there is agreement, like and respond to help get voices heard! While we have some great experience skiing in this resort, I am incredibly disappointed that our tickets were not extended after pleading multiple times that we would be there in Jan 2025 and willing to book it right away. We live in Los Angeles and they asking us to visit before May 31st if not, the tickets will be cancelled and it is a few hundreds of dollars as we bought during peak season. In times such as these, they are focused on profits over empathy and serving community. I am sure many pass holders may have gone through such disheartening experience. The resort must have common courtesy and more flexibility to accommodate issues beyond customers’ control.
Get something that other companies have. It is called Customer Service. Where someone picks up the phone when customers call.
I rarely fill out these forms, but if you’re looking for an unforgettable experience, you’ve come to the right place! Zach Bush, who had a private lesson with my two boys (one’s 6 and the other’s 10), was an absolute pro. From the moment I reached out after being disappointed to find no group lessons or private lessons on their website, I knew I had found the perfect guy. He reassured me that he’d do everything he could to get us private lessons, and Zach went above and beyond. Zach was super friendly, not just giving my boys lessons but also making sure I (not in lessons) had a great time. He explained how to stay safe during the big snowstorm, when to leave for the mountain, where to eat, taking pictures, and videos, and the best part was making my boys feel like celebrities helping us with the ticketing process and rentals. When it came to the lessons, he was so kind and warm to my boys. He went at their own pace, made them feel comfortable, and as he says, he just wants to make it fun. Zach customized the entire 3-hour lesson! Oh, and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations too :) I wish he could have squeezed my boys into another lesson the next day but he is in such high demand. Zach is our Flagstaff friend, and we’ll definitely be back to see him again!
Made my 7yr old wear an adult 6.5 ski boot. For some reason they don't carry a kids 5 or 5.5... They were so heavy he had a hard time using them... I paid for a lesson...What a waste of money!
We got food poisoning. Husband couldn't ride the gondola after eating because he was in the bathroom. Fries were really good but burgers only so so and can't get over the fact that 3/5 of us got sick. Now seeing the other review with the undercooked burger, I'm hoping they do something to remedy the problem. It's a great spot in terms of view and fun atmosphere so could be really great. We did have very good service which I see wasn't the case for some other reviewers.

We ate here on 10/08/2024 and had a great meal. We also ordered cheese burgers and they they were cooked perfectly. The service was fast and the food was hot The staff we encountered were polite and attentive.

Very Poor service. Waiter served all tables around us and totally ignored our table. When we called to order, he/she said he/she no longer taking order. I don’t know what he/she didn’t like about us, may be skin color. Anyway, we won’t eat there in future. The lady at Bar was super nice though. The review is for the restaurant.

We went to have a fulfilled adventure with what we thought was supposed to be awesome food, but obviously that wasn't the case I ordered a burger well-done and it came raw and the staff acted like it wasn't a big deal. If you look at the pictures attached you can clearly see it isn't cook. I'll probably be sick tonight and hopefully a law suit due to a restaurant negligence of food safety.... save your money eat somewhere else.

Unique location and was looking forward to having a bite there. Service was terrible, had to go grab the server after waiting for 15min+. I got the pesto chicken wrap and it was grocery store lunch meat tossed in some pesto sauce. My girlfriend got the BLT and they brought it on a store bought hamburger bun rather than telling us they ran out of the Texas toast. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Staff were extremely helpful and wonderful. We had a party of 8,seniors and disabled. Riding the gondola was a wonderful experience and the staff made it all that much better!

Awful service! Would not accommodate a refund or rebook due to closure they implemented. Very disappointed in this ski destination. Do not recommend
