Best Poke in the state!!! Never dissapointing. Healthy. Delicious. Colorful! People are amazing, restaurant has nice seating options. Lots of gluten free options. Highly recommend AAA+++Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options! Easy dining
Since I like Hawaii, I ordered the ahi poke bowl here as well. Even though it's inland America, it's very delicious.I was grateful that the staff was friendly and accommodating me in various ways.

Excellent menu and the young guy who helped me was so kind and helpful. The poke salad was excellent. Very fresh. And the miso was spot on.
Great Service, good variations, fresh fish and nice sauces ... And and ontop the serviceman knew what he was talking and /or recommending ??????????

Meh. Kids behind the counter without supervision. They shut the “grill” down an hour before closing… so they couldn’t grill the spam or tofu for my boyfriend who isn’t a seafood fan. The food was okay.

I'm from Hawaii and grew up with traditional types of poke so I'm a little biased. I like that they give you lots of options and variety, I have always had great service and enjoyed a mix of spicy salmon, spicy tuna, avocado and a mix of salad and rice. It's different than Hawaiian poke, but when you're craving raw fish, it's a good stop! I'm also not sure why the mainland spells it poki instead of poke...
Stopped by on 10/13 to try a poke bowl for the first time. The two guys behind the counter were wonderful. Pretty thrilled with the fresh fish & ingredients and all the choices. It was a delightful experience - especially because the blond guy was so friendly & thoughtful. Great customer service. Many thanks!Vegetarian options: I think you’d have to get edamame and miso soup to get a little bit of protein outside of the veg options. I think they have tofu as a protein option too. Be good if they offered quinoa, but don’t yet.Dietary restrictions: Build your own, so you can choose what goes in.Parking: Big complex of stores. It’s busy, but lots of free parking as people come and go.

This was my first experience with an a-la-carte poki bowl place. I did like being able to customize my bowl, and what I had was pretty good! Just a slightly bit saltier than I would prefer.

Quick version: the food is great if you can turn a blind eye to literally everything else. Longer version: As others have noted, whoever is "managing" this place, isn't. I'm pretty sure they literally never clean the tables during the day - I've certainly never found a clean one to sit at. The straws/forks station is always missing something. The one time my partner used the bathroom there, he said it was absolutely disgusting and out of soap AND paper towels. I felt pretty concerned that I may have just eaten a (raw fish) meal made by hands not washed in an entire shift. ? We did tell them about the bathroom ...but no one addressed it! The guys behind the counter are usually really sweet and helpful, although tonight there were some young ones (literally don't look old enough to be employed, actually...) who were a bit rude. I find all of this incredibly frustrating because I actually love the food there and it's the only thing like it in Flagstaff. Step it up, Ahipoki! I really want to keep going there! But how long can I turn a blind eye to all that?

First time I came here I got really sick... after a while tried it again (slightly afraid I'm not going to lie) and it was refreshing and delicious. I will say the service left you feeling unimportant and waiting for when it was convenient for them to serve you but they were quick once they noticed several people in line and the food was a nice medley of fresh, crunchy, sticky and tasty! A great lunch spot! Just praying I never get sick here again or I will not be as brave to try again.
