3 bartenders were working at the time when my fiance and I went to Altitudes. The place was mostly empty. We sat down at the bar, after about 10 minutes one of the bartenders walked over and stood right in front of us, proceeded to return a text on her cellphone and quickly went back to talking to a guy who she was wrapped up in a conversation with. Another bartender was at the opposite end of the bar, experimenting with different ways to peel an orange creatively. And the other bartender who greeted us at the door... ended up coming over to take our order, but got distracted by answering the phone and then disappeared. After 20 minutes, I got up and asked the bartender if it was possible to order a drink. Begrudgingly, she asked what I wanted, annoyed I interrupted her intriguing conversation. If the joint was packed, I don't mind waiting, but this was perhaps the worst customer service experience ever.

Shoutout to Gio for being such a great host! We had the most delicious teriyaki chicken sandwich and their super tasty (very generous amount) nachos. A must if you are in town!

Went there after reading mixed reviews….. well mine is gonna be mixed but I will not go again. Went during dinner service, they were not busy at all, sat at bar and did order drink—I was killing time waiting for Amtrak. I eventually decided to have dinner and order the scallops which were just okay- definitely unevenly cooked….. more under dine than over which I can tolerate. Here is the kicker and I know you ladies will back me on this one! Went to ladies room before leaving, on my way was told there is no toilet paper and they let me use the employee bathroom. Before leaving I told them if they knew there was no toilet paper they should correct it! Their response “it’s not our problem it’s the buildings bathroom” guess what I don’t give a shit….. your customers use it and you should take care of them….. I won’t return to this establishment. Not very professional and the cook apparently had his child running around too, behind the bar😳

Chicken wings, flavorful, maybe a couple more minutes of cook time needed. Nachos, great, my wife said a few more tomatoes would of been good. The chef was cool, younger man stopped by our table.....you could tell he wanted honest feedback, not just a simple answer.

I wwnt in & looked at menu & told the girl i was looking for takeout but i wanted tacos she said they have them so i said ok . When i got order they were 3 little tacos , no napkins & the price was $15.00 & i didnt see food till i got to my destination . I thought i could have ordered food somewhere else & paid less for 3 tiny tacos . Smh or sat down to eat somewhere & be served & pay a lil bit more & enjoyed the food . However i was in a hurry so ill take it as a loss but i will never ever go there to eat . Smh very disappointed. I had to ask for napkins & extra lemons & the girl didnt look to happy . I feel like i got ripped off . Smh i paid a total of $18.00 to round it off

Liked everything but my food. It was drowned in lemon juice. Overpowered any other flavor in the dish. And you could tell the chicken and risotto would have otherwise tasted great. The asparagus was excellent though.

Delish cocktails and surprisingly good food. We thought this was more of a dive bar and just planned to have a greasy snack and a drink, but ended up spending a few hours and ordering A LOT of food and drinks. Do not sleep on the signature cocktails - they are top notch. The tacos were very good. The fry on the tortillas was perfect. The fish and chips were also notable - the batter was SUPER crispy and flavorful and the fish was rich and tender. Loved the herby aioli tartar - nice touch. Troy was the best bartender and the space is very chill and welcoming. We’ll be back!
