Waited “inline” for a few minutes to just be completely ignored. 3 people working behind the counter and not even a ‘we will be right with you’. A customer behind us walked in, asked for a water cup and left. We were completely ignored. We left after a staff member went to the computer at the front tapped a few things on the computer and walked away. Just sad.

As a first-time Arby’s customer, I’ll admit, I walked in feeling a little intimidated. The menu was bigger than I expected, Arby's has never had a good name, and I wasn’t quite sure where to start. But that all changed the moment I was greeted by Tyler at the drive through.
Tyler was kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. He didn’t just take my order—he made me feel like I belonged there. He answered my questions without a hint of judgment, made great recommendations (the classic beef and cheese really is worth the hype), and took the time to ensure I had everything I needed.
Thanks to Tyler, my first Arby’s experience turned into something much more than just a meal. It was comforting, personal, and surprisingly heartwarming. I drove through unsure, but left feeling like I had just joined a little roast beef-loving community. Arby’s, you’ve got the meats, but more importantly, you’ve got Tyler. And for those reasons, I’ll be back.

Literally gave me raw chicken 😭😭😭 also forgot our fries and still charged us for them. Also made us wait out front for the food too lol

0 stars. NEGATIVE STARS . I ordered a beef and cheddar. Change the bun from onion bun to a normal bun. These idiots gave me no cheese and a tiny slice of meat. You people are absolutely worthless. There was even a tag in the sandwich with the order started correctly. Then I asked for Arby's and horsey sauce. Got neither. A totally waste of time and waste of my money! Never again! Permanently lost a loyal customer.
When the drive thru is empty, and the lobby is empty... Why does it take 13 minutes to get my order?

We went to have a quick lunch. The guy behind the counter was nice. The hamburger my man ordered was raw, and the female manager on shift made it to be his fault. My chicken tenders were overcooked. When we went to sit down, all the tables needed to be wiped off. I was very disappointed all around and will not go back.
