UPDATE: We went back and the fish & chips recently & the food was horrible this time. Can’t believe my husband’s was raw in the middle, while mine was way overcooked to the point of being dried out! The batter wasn’t even the same as last time, and you could tell the didn’t even marinate it like last time. My hubby sent his back and we paid half price for mine. Fair enough. Nonetheless, we are very disappointed :(

New Years Day!!! No steak, no fry bread, no tortillas!!! Has to settle for rack of ribs. Side selections are pathetic. A nice baked potato would be nice on the side menu. Coleslaw is what is served with dinner items. Not everyone likes coleslaw. Veggie option would be nice. Server was nice, but she was absolutely nervous because the food was coming out to customers very very slowly. Customers waited tops like 40 to 45 minutes for meals to arrive at their table. I was reluctant to even leave a tip. It's not her fault the cooks couldn't get meals to tables faster. Next time our family eat before we arrive at the casino. Fyi....

Poor poor service, we stopped here on our way back from NM to PHX and should have kept going. My wife and I were super hungry and waited til we got here. We ordered our food and I ordered a beer that never came. I waited for 20 mins for a beer. A server finally came and checked on us. By that time was 25 mins of waiting. When I finally got my beer it was flat. A manager finally showed up and asked if we were okay. We asked how long our food was going to take. The manager had said the server did not even enter the order. By the time we got a our food it was close to an hour later. They gave us a %30 discount but I feel the bill.have just been taken care of bc who waits an hour for food. We never experienced this type of service before.

Our server, Bettina, was horrible. Worst service ever in all my visits here. Got there almost at 9pm. We ordered right away and by 9:40, I asked how much longer our food would be. She walked off and came back and was very nonchalant. She came back 5 mins later and told me it would be 10 more mins. She didn't check on us, offer to refill our drinks and kept walking away as I was talking to her. People were getting served before us when they had came in after us. By this time, I was livid. I asked for a manager and expressed my concerns. A supervisor named Cambrea, came over and talked me down. She checked on our food and had said our server just put our order in and it would be a few more mins. She did everything to make it right. I was willing to pay full price for our food, but she offered a discount for the inconvenience and kept checking on us. Meanwhile, our server never came back or tried to apologize. I would've let it all go had she made an effort to make it right. I didnt even know our servers name until we got the ticket. Our dessert came after another 20 min wait after asking to cancel it or take it to go, then our ticket took another 20 mins to get to us. We left at almost 11. Horrible experience. Shout out to Cambrea for making it right. Do better with your hiring process and find more competent servers with a personality. Left this here because the website doesn't have an option to leave feedback.

Service is outstanding here. Outstanding over behind the bar talking to each other and ignoring customers needs. I ordered hot wings and zucchini. She brought me the wings and zucchini, but no silverware. By the time she returned, my meal was cold. I ate the meal as it was. Perhaps next time I should bring my own eating utensils. NO TIP TODAY!

First time here, Service was slow. Food is good but man, you'll be starving for an Hour and thirty minutes. That's how long took for our food to come.
Horrible service. The worst I’ve ever had in all my travels. Not once to check on if we needed anything else and after we had dinner we’re served with bill, not even asked if anything else or asked about a dessert menu. Wait staff need more customers service training and better attitudes

Passing through for a meal before we get back on the road to Phoenix. I don’t know who sets the prices here. It is ridiculous. Price gauging at this point. You have Navajo elders who visit to treat themselves on their limited income. We sat in the restaurant among groups of them with our little family. $18 for a subpar chicken Cesar salad, $10 for a kids meal hot dog that didn’t include the drink. Why is a small cup of milk $5 (for a kid!), in comparison to $6 for beer? Ridiculous. If you’re a Navajo person passing through, I encourage you to support the local Navajo food vendors outside of Twin Arrows who provide authenticity and reasonable prices. The service was great, the food was okay but not worth the price.
