Horrible service. The worst I’ve ever had in all my travels. Not once to check on if we needed anything else and after we had dinner we’re served with bill, not even asked if anything else or asked about a dessert menu. Wait staff need more customers service training and better attitudes

Passing through for a meal before we get back on the road to Phoenix. I don’t know who sets the prices here. It is ridiculous. Price gauging at this point. You have Navajo elders who visit to treat themselves on their limited income. We sat in the restaurant among groups of them with our little family. $18 for a subpar chicken Cesar salad, $10 for a kids meal hot dog that didn’t include the drink. Why is a small cup of milk $5 (for a kid!), in comparison to $6 for beer? Ridiculous. If you’re a Navajo person passing through, I encourage you to support the local Navajo food vendors outside of Twin Arrows who provide authenticity and reasonable prices. The service was great, the food was okay but not worth the price.

Terrible customer service, the waiters ignore you, they are very rude, they take a long time to serve you, they really don't care about their customers
Good food for a casino.

Stopped here during our trip to watch part of a football game and enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving lunch offered during the month of November. Not disappointed! Many blessings during this loved Christmas and Holiday Celebrations. Happy New Year!!

Food was ok but 50 min for two simple burgers on a not busy restaurant? That’s too much! Never will come again. Good luck!
Ordered a build your own burger with three options for your burger. Two bacon and one cheddar cheese. Took a while it gets but expected on a Saturday early evening. Burger came with no cheese and bun was burnt like a cracker. Patty was the size of a old silver dollar and pretty hard. I will not be eating here again. Food quality is gone down hill. Service was very good. This Casino is going down hill. News to change management.

One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Comfortable bed & lots of thought went into this room. Highly recommend and for a great price!

Sports bar USE TO BE good. Since covid, the food and the service has declined dramatically. As well as the casino entirely. As a local, who’s been going here for years, the rare times we go out currently constantly remind us why we don’t go to this casino much anymore. Pretty sad. The Zenith Steak restaurant is the only remaining good part of this casino.

It took 40 minutes for the food to get served. We asked for another drink with dinner and they said we had to wait a half hour because my husbands eyes were glossy - not like he works 7 days a week and drives and hour to and from work daily. We were there since 8 and had 2 drinks and asked for another at 940 . That’s when they said we had to wait. This place has gone down hill and has piss poor management.. the ribs were disgusting all fat grease and potato skins were mushy. The only thing we could eat was the coleslaw.

Now opens at 2pm (Google still says 11am). We were able to order their burger from the cafe (open until 2pm), uses the same kitchen, a medium rare order came out well-done, service was slow despite few customers.
45 minutes to hour wait is ridiculous. Open the buffet up

The wings here are FIRE!! I love a good crispy wing and these are perfect, also had the lamb stew with frybread which was good, it lacked some season so I added salt and pepper from the table, it was loaded with meat and I shared it with my honey and it definitely hit the spot on this cold snowy day. The fish and chips was one of the best I've tried. The batter was light and crispy, and the fries were also nice and crispy. I came here on a Thursday evening so it wasn't crowded and there was no wait. I saw some of the other reviews about bad service, I did not have any issues during my visit, my server was very attentive and checked my tablet several times.
