The wings here are FIRE!! I love a good crispy wing and these are perfect, also had the lamb stew with frybread which was good, it lacked some season so I added salt and pepper from the table, it was loaded with meat and I shared it with my honey and it definitely hit the spot on this cold snowy day. The fish and chips was one of the best I've tried. The batter was light and crispy, and the fries were also nice and crispy. I came here on a Thursday evening so it wasn't crowded and there was no wait. I saw some of the other reviews about bad service, I did not have any issues during my visit, my server was very attentive and checked my tablet several times.

Food wasn’t cooked thoroughly, (wings). Service was not great, server had an attitude. There’s no staff, the condiments were not full, there was empty containers. Drinks were flat, other drinks were not made properly. I’m not sure what changed from the last time I was here. The lettuce felt like plastic. I ordered a double shot of tequila and pineapple. She ran out of the tequila she used so just gave me a single shot. Once I tasted my drink it was watered down so I was willing to buy another shot and pour it in my drink. She spoke to her manager and they have a one drink per person policy! I don't get it if she was gonna give me a double shot initially! Manager has authority issues because this don't make any sense to me. Food is not all that either.

Sat down was ready to order a knew immediately she saw us an inconvenience. This place lacks good customer service.I had better service at cliff castle casino last week.

First the good part. The food I ate was actually really good. The burgers (sliders) were small but full of taste and definitely delicious. Chips and salsa were decent. The mozzarella sticks were good, but the chicken tenders were large and tasted amazing.I definitely understand the frustration customers experience dining here.The hostess seated someone who came and stood behind me before me.I sat and waited for about 5-6 minutes before my server had time to visit. I put in my drink and food at the same time, and waited about 10-15 minutes for food. Once the food came my server never had a chance to ask how my food was, refill my drink, bring me my bill or cash me out. The manager ended up doing that.My server was tied up with a table of 7 who seemed to be trying to figure out individual bill splits for each guest with a full table of plates and drinks.I found the manager who was assisting and got the wing sauce i wanted pretty quickly.Seemed like there was a few servers checking out as I sat down, leaving just my server to handle the rest of the room by himself or with one other person plus the bartender.It’s a nice place with good food. I’m not saying the service was bad bc my server was really nice and was working hard. It seems like they should have kept one more server on as more people were coming in throughout my meal.If I were in a rush, I wouldn’t want to come here, but enjoyed my food very much.There is a specials page worth checking out on their website. My sampler was only $14 (about a 50% discount based on the items individually)

Visited from Denver CO on 9/11/23 stopped at the casino with couple other family members. We decided to try the sports bar...had to wait an hr to be seated with so many tables open in the bar...service was horrible we waited so long after getting seated for drink orders...there was no hospitality just rude customer service...employees showed they clearly not trained right to be in that kind of service...did not get all our drink orders we ordered again and food arrived drinks never brought to us...no silverware was given so we tried waving down the busser who was just standing there she clearly saw us trying to get her attention she turned away other places bussers always offer some kind of help but this one just completely ignored us so had to get up and go over and ask for silverware since our waitress was never coming around so the busser had to ask our waitress and that waitress had to ask the hostess and finally the hostess delivered the silverware. Service just completely absolutely was horrible and bartender was ignoring one side of the bar where there was a long line out the door he was catering to those seated at the bar on the other end...this place definitely needs to do better with everything! I won't be returning after this experience! DO BETTER!

I enjoy eating and having a beverage at the bar. Multiple staff are available and are friendly. I'm usually by myself so I walk in and sit at the bar without waiting. Drinks can be purchased and taken to the casino floor, but there is a limit .

Then she placed another party in front of us...our wait went from 2 parties in front of us to 3 parties on the online waiting list. The waitress didn't smile. She closed out our ticket right after we got our food without ever coming back to check on us. When we called her over to order more food and drinks, she was annoyed she had to redo our ticket. Then she got our ticket wrong and added extra items that we didn't order. We asked for a water and never got it at the end. Really bad service and worst attitudes.

Very nice place with whole bunch of parking on the property. For regular cars, also for campers busses and semi ntrucks.They have I think up to 4 restaurants 2 of which are bars. Food is delicious and stuff is very friendly. There are plenty of space inside. I don't think I've ever seen this pace packed. Maybe during an event or something. Food is delicious. Stuff is also friendly and helps you pick food that is the best for you. Restrooms are clean and very well maintained. A nice place to visit and rest from a long way drive.
